This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on AstroPal ("Platform", "App", "Website", "Service"), including subscriptions, premium features, consultations, reports, credits, and digital content.
By making a purchase on AstroPal, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Nature of Services
AstroPal provides digital services such as astrology reports, AI-generated readings, premium content, and consultations. These services are intangible and often delivered instantly or customised for the user.
Due to the nature of digital delivery and personalisation, refunds are generally not possible once the service is delivered or activated.
2. No Refund Policy (Standard Rule)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments made on AstroPal are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Premium subscriptions
- Paid horoscope reports
- AI-generated personalised readings
- Consultation fees
- Credits or tokens
- Downloadable or delivered content
- Add-on services
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your:
- App Store / Play Store subscription settings, or
- AstroPal account settings (if available)
Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
4. Refund Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
A) Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate charge may be refunded.
B) Payment Taken but Service Not Delivered
If payment is successful but the service is not delivered due to a verified technical error, we may:
- provide the service again, or
- provide a refund at our discretion.
C) Legal Requirement
Refunds may be issued if required under applicable consumer laws.
5. Consultation Refund Policy
If AstroPal provides live consultations (human astrologer or advisor), the following rules apply:
- If you cancel before the session begins, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation window mentioned at booking.
- If the session is missed due to your unavailability, no refund will be provided.
- If the astrologer / provider fails to attend, you may be offered a rescheduled session or refund.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting AstroPal support, we reserve the right to:
- suspend or terminate your account
- block future purchases
- deny access to purchased services
Chargebacks may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Use.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), contact:

Include:
- registered email / phone
- transaction ID
- payment method
- date of transaction
- reason for request
Refund review time: 7–14 business days.
8. Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take:
- 5–10 business days (cards / banks)
- 7–15 business days (UPI / wallets)
- as per the payment gateway's processing cycle
AstroPal is not responsible for delays caused by banks / payment providers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable digital-commerce rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with refunds, cancellations, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This does not limit any rights a user may have under the consumer-protection law of their own jurisdiction.
